Discuss recruiting and retaining Enrollment Management staff.  Many of us are seeing staff leave and are struggling to fill the new positions.  We'd like to have a discussion about what various offices are doing -- are you offering more flexibility in schedules?  Allowing some remote work?  Hiring more student staff?  Etc etc.  We're also open to any other general conversations on the topic of Enrollment Management (or anything else!).
