Board of Directors Positions

  • President-Elect (2026) - Voting Member on the Board of Directors
    • The president leadership track covers three years, including a year as President (2027) and a year as Past President (2028).
  • Communications Coordinator (2026-2028) - Non-voting Member on the Board of Directors
    • The Communications Coordinator oversees our social media presence, publishes newsletters, and sends out emails.
  • Events Coordinator (2026-2028) - Non-voting Member on the Board of Directors
    • The Events Coordinator is in charge of setting up registration forms in the events management software and partnering with the committees to collect information about their events.
  • Membership Coordinator (2026-2028) - Non-voting Member on the Board of Directors
    • The Membership Coordinator maintains the membership directory and works with institutions on membership renewals.
  • Transfer Liaison for State-wide Initiatives (2026-2028) - Non-voting Member on the Board of Directors
    • Represents MACRAO at meetings and conferences regarding statewide initiatives, works closely with the College Articulation Committee, and helps plan the Transfer Professionals track at the New Professionals Conference.
