Research has shown that nontraditional college students feel socially isolated from their main campus counterparts, hence impacting student success. Through a reorganization of CMU's Innovation and Online, Leadership evaluated social capital in their recruitment and retention strategy to cultivate connections in both the virtual environment and expansion into new environments to increase student recruitment and retention across CMU Online Programs. During this presentation, new and innovative methods to recruit and retain nontraditional students to higher education will be reviewed.

Change Management and Student Success Technology Implementation Mosel
In late 2019, Grand Rapids Community College was awarded a Title III SIP grant from the US Department of Education. The goal of this project was to boost student retention and completion through the launch of a Student Success Management Program. Come learn from our experiences one year after purchasing and launching EAB's Navigate system. This change-management session will highlight the successes and struggles associated launching and maintaining a major new technology system, including training, promotional activities, communication, and support. Members from GRCC's Navigate Implementation team will also discuss early impacts of this project on student success, and exciting new initiatives made possible through this technology solution

It is possible to do Prior Learning Credit well and maintain your academic standards.
