Exhibitor Opportunity

Exhibitor Hall Booth Space (logo included) - $600

The Exhibitor Hall is located in the main entrance to the conference venue. This space will be dedicated to exhibitor displays which will allow attendees to visit the exhibitor booths in passing between sessions as well as during planned breaks. Exhibitor space will be available Thursday, November 21st (all day) and Friday, November 22nd (morning only).

Additional Sponsorship Opportunities

Additional sponsorship opportunities can be done as an add-on to the above Exhibitor Hall Booth Space or as a stand-alone as non-exhibitor (see price differentials below). Each opportunity is ideal for an organization to promote their product or service to colleges and universities, and be more visible to their colleagues. All vendors participating in the conference will be provided with a complete list of attendee emails. This will be available once registration for the conference has closed.

Exhibitor Session Presentation (five available)- $150

Vendors may present at the annual conference during one of the sessions scheduled on Thursday or Friday.

Opening Session Speaker Sponsorship - $500

Logo will appear on a sign outside of the entrance to the opening session and will be projected in the room before the presentation. Logo will appear in full color. Conference program will notate the sponsor's name on the schedule. This is an exclusive sponsorship opportunity.

Exhibitor Break (two available)- $250 split or $500 full

Logo will appear on signs outside the entrance to the exhibitor area and inside the exhibitor's area. Logo will appear in full color. Conference program will notate the sponsor's name on the schedule. These may either be exclusing sponsorship opportunities or the cost/recognition for each break may be split between two exhibitors.

Business Lunch and Thursday Keynote Speaker Sponsorship- $750

Logo will appear on a sign during our annual business lunch and before the keynote session presentation. Logo will appear in full color. Conference program will notate the sponsor's name on the schedule. This is an exclusive sponsorship opportunity.

Wednesday Evening Entertainment- $500

Wednesday night will feature dinner "on your own". Conference program will notate the sponsor's name on the schedule. This is an exclusive sponsorship opportunity.

Thursday Evening Entertainment- $500

Thursday night will feature an optional onsite dinner followed by the Past President's Reception. This is a social event to honor those who have led the association in the past and gives conference attendees a chance to connect and relax before the close of the evening. Logo will appear in full color on signs inside reception location. Conference program will notate the sponsor's name on the schedule. This is an exclusive sponsorship opportunity.

Conference Bag Sponsorship - $1500 (or produce)

Logo appears on all eco-friendly conference bags. This is an exclusive sponsorship opportunity.

Conference Name Badge Sponsorship - $1500

Logo appears on all eco-friendly conference name badge holders. This is an exclusive sponsorship opportunity.

Conference Bag Insert- $50
