Michigan College Fair Information

The Michigan College Fair Committee has been hard at work getting the Fall 2026 – Spring 2027 College fair calendar built. The registration process is new this year and will run through the StriveScan system. Please read through the instructions on the Michigan College Fair registration page for more information on this new process. 

Deadlines

Fall 2026 Fair Registrations will close on September 1.
Spring 2027 Fair Registrations will remain open until February 1.

 

MACRAO College Fair Guidelines for University Representatives and Exhibitors

  • Arrive early to ensure your booth is set up before the start of the fair.

  • Dress to best represent your school and/or organization.

  • Stay for the entire duration of the fair.

  • Recruitment is restricted to the parameters of the booth.

  • Displays cannot exceed or obstruct the view of adjacent booths. 

  • Audio-visual equipment should not interfere with other exhibitors.

  • Promotional giveaways (including raffles and drawings) are strictly prohibited. Only literature pertaining to the college or university is permitted.

  • Be courteous to other exhibitors and fair attendees.

  • Complete the online exhibitor evaluation after the completion of the fair.

  • Keep the aisles clear of boxes and materials.
