MACRAO and MACAC Spring College Fair Registration Now Open! [Unpublished]
We hope everyone had a restful holiday season and a Happy New Year! Welcome back as we bounce right into the Spring College Fair Season.
You will find the link below for securing your spot at the upcoming Spring College and Career Fairs. The form will close on February 3, 2023, as we have early February fairs that will need their registration lists as soon as possible. Please note, that beyond the February 3, 2023 date, any and all requests to attend a fair on the calendar will need to be sent directly to the college fair host site. The fair contact information is listed in each of the events posted on the calendar.
The Michigan College Fair Committee, in conjunction with MACAC and MACRAO, will continue to provide you with any updates on college fairs throughout the Spring.
A couple updates as we move forward, and we look forward to the beginning of our new college fair system. The reveal of the system and website will be at the MACAC conference this March, and the committee should be seeing some demo sites mid to late January or early February. We are diligently working with former host sites and new sites to promote the new system and overall reform of how the state is handling college fairs. The NACAC National College Fair is also coming back to Metro Detroit, and we couldn’t be more excited to take that on and bring so many post-secondary opportunities to students on Tuesday, April 18. Early bird registration ends January 5, and we recommend registering through NACAC as soon as possible to reserve your spot. The committee will be working closely with NACAC to ensure our representatives are taken care of and fed for the morning and evening sessions, along with the bussing coordination of high school students attending the fair.
